*Payment***


WE ACCEPT PAYPAL and ALL MAJOR CREDIT CARDS. Payment can be made using PayPal, which is a secure online payment system.

***Shipping***

YOUR ORDER WILL SHIP WITHIN 3 DAYS FROM THE TIME PAYMENT IS CLEARED. BULK AND/OR BRIDAL ORDER MIGHT NEED MORE TIME TO PREPARE AND HAND PRODUCE.

***DOMESTIC ORDERS***
We need 1-3 DAYS to prepare your order after payment is cleared. Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class mail and usually takes about 3-5 business days. Tracking numbers are available. I am not responsible for lost packages or misdelivered items by the post office.

***INTERNATIONAL ORDERS***
We need 1-3 DAYS to prepare your order after payment is cleared. International orders will shipped via USPS First Class International Package for a flat rate of $9, and usually takes about 7-21 business days to arrive. However, it could take a little longer sometimes due to customs and your post office situation. We cannot control the delivery time and post office does not guarantee the delivery time. I will provide the USPS Customs Declaration Number. Once the package left the country, I am not responsible for undelivered, lost or on hold package (by your customs). I am also not responsible for customs fees, etc. which may be required by your country.

***LARGE BRIDAL/CUSTOM ORDERS***
We need more time to process and customize your items that is why it is very important to us if you could provide us your timeline i.e DATE YOUR ORDER IS NEEDED.

***Refunds and Exchanges***

Most items are made to order/custom made so all sales are final for customized orders. I describe the items the best way possible, so I do not accept returns or refunds unless the item was grossly misrepresented.
